Shipping Information:
AlvaMLM Ltd. prides itself with high quality products, however we use external couriers.
Please check packages for external damage before signing for your order.
Do not sign for damaged parcels unless you are able to check the contents at point of delivery - or refuse delivery as damaged.
Our working days are Monday - Friday
DPD Next day service:
· We aim to ship within 2 working days
· We cannot not action any leave safe requests
· You can action a leave safe request via your DPD tracking updates, but please note this waives your right to claim for lost or stolen parcels.
Royal Mail 24 tracked
· We aim to ship within 3 working days
· Royal Mail will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your item within 1 working day
· The following postcodes may take longer HS, IM, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3
· Please allow 10 working days before reporting a parcel as lost
· We cannot not action any leave safe requests
· You may be able to action a leave safe request via your Royal Mail tracking updates, but please note this waives your right to claim for lost or stolen parcels.
· We currently do not offer Royal Mail to The Channel Islands
· In cases of damage Claims
· Our shipping providers require photos of the external packaging, internal packaging and damage to the contents, these must be provided to us within 10 working days of shipping date, and the original packaging and contents must be kept until the claim is resolved.
· All of the packaging and contents of damaged Items or Items subject to part loss must be retained and made available to us to enable us to assess any claim for compensation
